The Power of Women: Book Review

The Exit Strategy by Lainey Cameron

Genre: Women’s Fiction

Filled with women power and friendship, Cameron’s The Exit Strategy looks at the discrimination and sexism women face in the business industry with a sense of humor and grace. While instilling the idea that sexism is wrong, she shows how women have grown above it and how it is now there turn to change their industry.

I was not expecting how this story flew. When I first started reading, I was slightly afraid it was going to be cliché. Thankfully, I was wrong. Instead Cameron makes fun of how clichés move into the lives of people without the people being aware.

I would highly suggest The Exit Strategy to anyone looking for their next book to read. While the format of the book was not the most preferred as the design offered a bad contrast of white and used space, this did not impact the readability, but caused enough of a nuisance that it should be noted.
